How to Start Delivering with uParcel?

Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Download Uparcel Mobile App on Apple Store or PlayStore
Step 2: Complete your Profile Details and Upload your Profile Image and NRIC
Step 3: Pass the Quiz sent to your email with 80% correct answers
Step 4: Start Accepting Jobs Once your account is approved!

How to Accept Jobs?

Once you have installed our app and have been approved. You will be able to view all the jobs in our system. You can accept the jobs that you can deliver base on your availability.

When will I get Paid?

Payments can be received in 2 ways:

• Payments are made fortnightly (every 2 weeks) to your bank account stated in your app profile. Deliveries completed between the 1st - 15th will be processed between the 22nd - 24th, and jobs delivered between the 16th - 31st will be processed between the 7th - 9th of the following month. Payment will be made via GIRO bank transfer to the bank account provided. Depending on your bank, it takes 1-3 days for the amount to be reflected in your account. Please note that the status of the job has to be ‘Delivered’ before the delivery fees can be paid.

• You can request instant pay anytime except on these dates; 13th, 16th, 29th and 1st (locked period). You can only request instant pay once a day. There should be no pending claims transactions.
