What is TADA

TADA is Singapore’s 1st Zero-Commission Ride-hailing App. When drivers do not need to pay commissions, Riders can enjoy reasonable and stable fares.

How to get started?

There are a few avenues that you can register and join TADA as a driver.

  1. Sign up under Tribecar as a member and get your account approved.
  2. Sign up as a TADA Hourly Rental Driver and get your account approved:
    1. Download "TADA Driver" app from your respective app store.
    2. Register with your mobile number and email address.
    3. Under Driver setting -> Driver Type, choose Hourly Rental from the drop-down menu.
    4. Upon submitting all required documents, approval of application takes 1 to 3 days for approval.
      *Alternatively, you can head down to TADA’s office at Oxley Bizhub 1 (63 Ubi Road 1, #01-48, S408728). Our service ambassadors would be glad to assist you with the registration. Operating Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am to 7pm
  3. Take a screenshot of your Driver Profile Page and write in to [email protected] to let us know that you will be driving with TADA. Please wait for our reply telling you that your account is approved and ready before making any bookings for TADA to enjoy special rates on the promotion!
  4. Once you have both Tribecar and TADA accounts ready, you can rent a car from Tribecar and start driving TADA immediately.

Things to note

  1. What are the rates to drive with TADA?
    All TADA drivers registered with Tribecar will be able to book Tribecar’s cars from only $2.18 to $6.43 per hour. These discounts only apply to hourly rates during weekdays.
  2. I am a new driver from a non-TADA car rental/car-sharing company, is there anything else I need to do as part of the signup process?
    We need to flag your account for TADA usage. Before we can do that, please email to [email protected] and provide us with a screenshot of your TADA driver's profile. Sign up as a TADA Hourly Rental Driver and get your account approved:
  3. What happens when I stop driving for TADA? Am I still eligible for the discounted rates?
    Your TADA status on Tribecar will be kept active as long as you have made recent bookings. Should you no longer have the intention to rent with us for TADA purposes, do let us know as well so that we can un-flagged your account as a TADA Driver. Once the status is removed, you will not be entitled to the discounted rates.
  4. How long will this program be?
    We will review this program every 3 months. For as long as this program is economically viable, Tribecar will continue to run this program.
