• 1.1 The Campaign runs from 4 September 2026, 12:00 AM to 31 October 2026, 11:59 PM, Singapore time.
• 1.2 Weekly Draw winners will be selected every Thursday during the Campaign Period.
• 1.3 The Final Draw will be conducted on 4 November 2026.

• 2.1 The Campaign is open to eligible new and existing Tribecar members with valid accounts in good standing.
• 2.2 Tribecar employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• 2.3 Suspended, terminated, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible accounts may be disqualified.

• 3.1 New members who successfully activate an eligible account during the Campaign Period will receive:
  • Trial Account: 1 Lucky Draw Chance
  • Full Account: 2 Lucky Draw Chances
• 3.2 Lucky Draw Chances earned from eligible Campaign activities are based on the applicable earning rate stated in Section 4.
• 3.3 Full Account members earn twice the number of Lucky Draw Chances compared with Trial Account members for eligible Sign Up, Book and Drive, Refer a Friend and Share and Earn activities.
• 3.4 If a Trial Account member upgrades to a Full Account during the Campaign Period, all valid Lucky Draw Chances previously earned under the Trial Account will be doubled upon successful Full Account activation.
• 3.5 After the upgrade is successfully completed, all subsequent eligible qualifying activities will earn Lucky Draw Chances based on the Full Account earning rate stated in Section 4.
• 3.6 For example, if a Trial Account member has accumulated 10 valid Lucky Draw Chances before upgrading to a Full Account, the member's balance will be adjusted to 20 Lucky Draw Chances after successful Full Account activation.
• 3.7 Any Lucky Draw Chances subsequently removed, reversed or found to be invalid may also be adjusted accordingly by Tribecar.
• 3.8 Each valid Lucky Draw Chance represents 1 entry into the applicable draw. More chances mean more entries and a higher probability of winning, but do not guarantee a win.

4.1 Sign Up

• Successfully activate a new account during the Campaign Period:
• Trial Account: 1 Lucky Draw Chance
• Full Account: 2 Lucky Draw Chances
• If a Trial Account is later upgraded to a Full Account, the Sign Up Lucky Draw Chance previously earned will also be doubled in accordance with Clause 3.4.

4.2 Book and Drive

• A successfully completed eligible booking with a minimum spend of S$20 in a single booking will earn:
• Trial Account: 1 Lucky Draw Chance
• Full Account: 2 Lucky Draw Chances
• Each eligible booking may earn a maximum of the above number of Lucky Draw Chances, regardless of the booking amount.
• Bookings below S$20 will not qualify.
• Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid bookings will not qualify.

4.3 Refer a Friend

• Each successful referral will earn:
• Trial Account: 1 Lucky Draw Chance
• Full Account: 2 Lucky Draw Chances
• The referred member must use the participant's designated referral or sign up link and successfully activate a new eligible Tribecar account during the Campaign Period.
• Self referrals, duplicate or fabricated referrals will not qualify.

4.4 Share and Earn

• Every 10 Valid Unique Clicks will earn:
• Trial Account: 1 Lucky Draw Chance
• Full Account: 2 Lucky Draw Chances
• A Valid Unique Click must be a genuine unique visit through the participant's designated Campaign link.
• Self clicks, repeat clicks, bots, automated traffic, click farms, purchased traffic, fraudulent or manipulated traffic will not qualify.
• The Valid Unique Click counter resets every Thursday at 12:00 AM Singapore time.
• A maximum of 10 Valid Unique Clicks per weekly cycle will qualify.
• Incomplete click counts will not carry forward after the reset.

• 5.1 Weekly Draw winners will be randomly selected every Thursday.
• 5.2 At least the following prizes will be awarded each week:
  • 10% OFF Booking Voucher, capped at S$500 — At least 100 winners
  • 5% OFF Booking Voucher, capped at S$50 — At least 1,000 winners
• 5.3 Tribecar may select additional winners subject to the available prize pool.
• 5.4 Weekly Draw winners will be announced every Thursday on the official Tribecar Facebook page.
• 5.5 Participants are responsible for checking the official Tribecar Facebook page every Thursday to determine whether they have been selected as a Weekly Draw winner.
• 5.6 If a participant is selected as a Weekly Draw winner, Tribecar will process the applicable Weekly Prize voucher and add it to the winner's Voucher Section in their Tribecar account.
• 5.7 A participant who has won a Weekly Prize will not be eligible to be selected again in any subsequent Weekly Draw during the Campaign Period.

• 6.1 Winning a Weekly Prize does not affect or reduce eligibility for the Final Draw.
• 6.2 Weekly winners will retain all valid Lucky Draw Chances for the Final Draw.
• 6.3 No Lucky Draw Chances will be deducted solely because a participant has won a Weekly Prize.
• 6.4 Weekly winners may continue earning additional Lucky Draw Chances until the Campaign ends.
• 6.5 For the avoidance of doubt, winning a Weekly Prize only removes the participant from subsequent Weekly Draws.
• 6.6 The participant will remain fully eligible for the Final Draw with all valid Lucky Draw Chances accumulated during the Campaign Period.

• 7.1 The Final Draw will take place on 3 November 2026.
• 7.2 All eligible participants will be included regardless of whether they have previously won a Weekly Prize.
• 7.3 Final Draw prizes are:
  • Complimentary use of a MINI Cooper S 2.0A for 30 consecutive calendar days — 1 Winner
  • 10 Months Subscription Plan — 10 Winners
  • 100% OFF 1 Month Subscription Plan or Season Pass — 100 Winners
• 7.4 There will be 111 Final Draw winners.
• 7.5 For the purpose of the MINI Cooper S 2.0A Grand Prize, 1 month means 30 consecutive calendar days.

• 8.1 Winners will be selected through a computerised random selection process based on the number of valid Lucky Draw Chances held.
• 8.2 Each Lucky Draw Chance represents one entry.
• 8.3 Participants with more entries have a higher probability of being selected, but winning is not guaranteed.
• 8.4 Tribecar may verify all selected entries and select another winner where an entry or participant is invalid or ineligible.

• 9.1 The Grand Prize is for complimentary use of a MINI Cooper S 2.0A for 30 consecutive calendar days and does not constitute ownership of the Vehicle.
• 9.2 The Grand Prize winner must be 23 years old or above, have at least 2 years of valid driving experience, hold a valid driving licence, maintain an eligible Tribecar account in good standing and satisfy all applicable verification requirements.
• 9.3 The Grand Prize winner must be the sole driver of the Vehicle during the prize usage period. Additional drivers are not permitted.
• 9.4 The Vehicle may only be driven within Singapore. Malaysia Entry and driving outside Singapore are not permitted.
• 9.5 CDW, TribeShield, TribeShield Plus and any other excess reduction or protection add ons are not available for the Grand Prize booking.
• 9.6 In the event of an accident, self damage, third party damage or other incident, the full applicable excess shall apply in accordance with Tribecar's prevailing Terms and Conditions.
• 9.7 The Grand Prize winner shall also remain responsible for any other applicable charges, losses, liabilities or costs arising from such accident, damage or incident.
• 9.8 The Grand Prize winner may choose to use the Vehicle during the Christmas period or another available period for the 30 consecutive calendar day usage period, subject to Tribecar's approval and Vehicle availability.
• 9.9 The Certificate of Entitlement (“COE”) for the MINI Cooper S 2.0A is valid until 7 March 2027.
• 9.10 The selected 30 consecutive calendar day usage period must fall within the remaining COE validity period of the Vehicle.
• 9.11 Regardless of the selected usage period, the Vehicle must be returned to Tribecar no later than 4 March 2027.
• 9.12 Any requested usage period that would extend beyond 4 March 2027 will not be permitted.
• 9.13 If the Grand Prize winner fails to return the Vehicle to Tribecar by 4 March 2027, the Grand Prize winner shall be fully liable for any costs, penalties, fines, losses, charges or other expenses incurred by Tribecar as a result of the late return.
• 9.14 The exact usage period and collection arrangements will be confirmed separately by Tribecar.
• 9.15 The Grand Prize covers eligible rental charges only. The Grand Prize winner remains responsible for applicable charges including:
  • fuel charges;
  • mileage charges;
  • ERP charges;
  • parking charges;
  • traffic fines;
  • damage related charges;
  • full applicable excess;
  • third party claims or charges;
  • cleaning, recovery or towing charges; and
  • any other applicable Vehicle usage charges.
• 9.16 The Grand Prize winner must operate the Vehicle responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and Tribecar's prevailing Terms and Conditions.
• 9.17 The Vehicle must be returned at the required time, location and in the required condition.
• 9.18 The Grand Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or E Wallet credit, transferred, sold, assigned or provided to another person.
• 9.19 Tribecar reserves the right to substitute the MINI Cooper S 2.0A with another vehicle of a similar or higher vehicle category, class or value, subject to vehicle availability and operational requirements.

• 10.1 Subscription, Season Pass and voucher prizes are subject to their stated validity periods and applicable Tribecar Terms and Conditions.
• 10.2 Unless otherwise stated, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or E Wallet credit, sold or transferred.
• 10.3 Expired prizes will not be extended unless approved by Tribecar.
• 10.4 If a prize becomes unavailable, Tribecar may substitute it with another non cash prize of similar or equivalent value.

• 11.1 Weekly Draw winners will be announced every Thursday on the official Tribecar Facebook page.
• 11.2 Participants are encouraged to check the official Tribecar Facebook page every Thursday to see if they have been selected as a Weekly Draw winner.
• 11.3 Weekly Prize vouchers will be added directly to the respective winners' Voucher Section in their Tribecar account.
• 11.4 The Final Draw will be conducted on 3 November 2026.
• 11.5 Final Draw winners will be announced on the official Tribecar Facebook page and will also be notified via the email address registered with their Tribecar account.
• 11.6 The notification email will contain the relevant instructions for prize redemption or claim.
• 11.7 Final Draw winners must respond and complete the required prize redemption or claim process within the deadline stated in the relevant Facebook announcement post and or notification email.
• 11.8 If Tribecar does not receive a response from the winner within the stated deadline, the prize will be forfeited and Tribecar may select another eligible winner.
• 11.9 Winners may be required to complete identity, account and eligibility verification before the prize is released.
• 11.10 By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable marketing and publicity activities relating to the Campaign.
• 11.11 Such marketing and publicity activities may include the use of the winner's name, photograph, video recording and other Campaign related content on Tribecar's website, social media channels, marketing materials and other publicity channels.
• 11.12 Winners may be required to provide a short comment or testimonial about their win and, where applicable, a further comment or testimonial after completing the use or redemption of the prize.
• 11.13 If a winner is found to be ineligible, fails verification, does not meet the applicable prize requirements or refuses to comply with the reasonable prize redemption requirements under these Terms, Tribecar reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another eligible winner.

• 12.1 Tribecar may remove Lucky Draw Chances, disqualify participants or withhold prizes where fraud, manipulation or abuse is reasonably suspected.
• 12.2 This includes, without limitation, false or duplicate accounts, fraudulent bookings, self or fabricated referrals, manipulated links or clicks, bots, click farms, purchased traffic or abuse of Campaign mechanics.

• 13.1 Tribecar may collect and process information necessary to administer the Campaign, including information relating to bookings, referrals, sharing links, Valid Unique Clicks, Lucky Draw Chances, fraud prevention and prize fulfilment.
• 13.2 Tribecar and its appointed service providers may use cookies, referral identifiers, browser or device information, IP addresses and other reasonable technical information for these purposes.
• 13.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with Tribecar's Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection laws.

• 14.1 Tribecar is not responsible for entries, clicks, referrals or Lucky Draw Chances that are delayed or not recorded due to technical failures, connectivity issues, device or browser settings, system outages or third party service interruptions outside Tribecar's reasonable control.
• 14.2 Tribecar may correct any Lucky Draw Chance balance or prize allocation affected by a system error.

• 15.1 The Campaign is intended to operate as a Trade Promotion Game of Chance and Lottery under the applicable class licence regime pursuant to the Gambling Control Act 2022 and the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries – Class Licence) Order 2022.
• 15.2 Tribecar will conduct the Campaign in accordance with the applicable class licence requirements.
• 15.3 No separate fee is charged solely for participation in the Campaign.
• 15.4 Tribecar may amend, suspend or discontinue any Campaign mechanic where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable Singapore law or regulatory requirements.

• 16.1 If a participant experiences any Campaign related issue, including an incorrect or missing Lucky Draw Chance, referral tracking issue, Share and Earn tracking issue or other Campaign related discrepancy, the participant should contact Tribecar at marketing@tribecar.com.
• 16.2 Participants should provide sufficient details for Tribecar to investigate, including their registered account details and relevant booking, referral or Campaign information where applicable.
• 16.3 Tribecar will review the matter based on its official system records and may make any necessary correction or adjustment where appropriate.

• 17.1 Tribecar's official records will determine the final number of valid Lucky Draw Chances.
• 17.2 Tribecar may correct or remove incorrectly added, duplicated, fraudulent or invalid Lucky Draw Chances.
• 17.3 Tribecar reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary.
• 17.4 If these Terms differ from any Campaign advertisement or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.
• 17.5 Tribecar's decision on Campaign related matters shall be final, subject to applicable law.
• 17.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
